Your accommodation at Tala Farm consists of one queen bedroom and/or one double bedroom, both with antique country style beds. Each room has a large private verandah, a shared guest bathroom and is fully furnished to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Facilities such as our lounge and well stocked library may be used by all farmstay guests. We have designed and built this house ourselves and we hope you enjoy sharing our rural lifestyle for a few days.

$95/night per person
Rate includes:
- a home cooked dinner;
- a comfortable and cosy bed;
- a hearty country breakfast;
- lunch;
- morning and afternoon tea;

- pre-dinner snacks;
- laundry facilities if needed.
The rate remains the same throughout the year:
- check-in after 3pm;
- check-out before 11am;
- no minimum night stay;
- no extra charge for public holidays;

Also available is "Penryn", a separate and self contained 2 bedroom cottage just 400m down the road set on 5 beautiful acres. Combined with tranquility and majestic views of the caldera walls, this could be your ideal escape with friends for a few days or more.
The cottage has 2 double bedrooms, each with country style queen size beds, a comfortable and cosy open plan kitchen, dining and living area which all opens up onto the north facing verandah with breath taking views.
A wonderful place to forget the trappings and stresses of modern day life and expectations. Spoil yourselves and indulge!
